Cookie notice

Last updated: 28 October 2026.

Essential functionality only

Kaden uses essential authentication and security cookies for its private workspace. The public site does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels or embedded third-party marketing tools.

What is stored

Authentication cookies, normally named with an sb- prefix, keep authorised workspace users signed in. They are restricted to HTTP access by the server and use secure transport in production. Their lifetime and renewal follow the authentication service’s session settings.

A short-lived Microsoft connection cookie binds a mailbox connection to the signed-in administrator. It expires after ten minutes or is cleared when the connection flow finishes. Microsoft applies its own cookies and notices on its sign-in pages.

The OKAY button stores a notice acknowledgement in this browser’s local storage under kaden-cookie-notice-v1. It contains only the acknowledgement, is not sent as an advertising identifier and remains until the browser’s site data is cleared.

What OKAY means

OKAY acknowledges this essential-cookie notice. It does not give consent to advertising, optional analytics, marketing emails or sharing your information for unrelated purposes. There are no optional cookie categories or preference controls on this site.

Browser controls

You can clear or block site data through your browser. Blocking essential authentication cookies can prevent workspace sign-in. Clearing the acknowledgement makes this notice appear again.
