Privacy notice

Who is responsible
Kaden Damon (Pty) Ltd is responsible for personal information collected through this website and its business workspace. Our headquarters are in Green Point, Cape Town, South Africa. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@kaden.co.za or raised on 076 786 2323.
Information we process
Enquiries contain the details you submit, such as your name, business email, company, contact number, requirements, budget and timing. Working relationships may also involve client records, project correspondence, quotes, invoices and payment records. The connected mailbox contains email and attachments available to authorised workspace administrators.
Required form fields are identified on the form. Additional information is voluntary. We need sufficient contact information and project details to respond; without those details we may be unable to assist. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive personal information through the public enquiry form.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to requests, assess requirements, prepare proposals, deliver services, administer accounts and meet applicable legal obligations. Processing is limited to the relevant purpose and an applicable lawful basis, such as your request, an agreement, a legal obligation or a legitimate operational need. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Optional marketing requires a separate permission.
Access and service providers
Workspace information is restricted to authorised administrators. Private emails, enquiries, client records and commercial documents are not published in public pages or sitemaps. Reading mailbox content and downloading documents require a valid administrator session. Private routes include instructions against search indexing and shared caching, in addition to access controls.
Vercel hosts the application, Supabase provides authentication and the database, and Microsoft 365 provides the connected mailbox. Relevant service providers process information to support those functions; authorised communications may also be shared with the intended client or recipient. Hosting services may process connection information, such as IP addresses and request times, for operation and security.
International processing
Our providers may process or store information outside South Africa, including the configured database in Ireland. We consider applicable cross-border requirements and appropriate contractual or other safeguards when using these services. We do not sell personal information.
Security and retention
We use administrator authorisation, restricted database access, encrypted mailbox-token storage and HTTPS in production to protect information. Access and safeguards require ongoing management. Records are kept for the relevant business purpose and any applicable contractual, legal or accounting retention obligations, then reviewed for deletion or anonymisation.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to your information, ask for correction or deletion where applicable, object to processing on applicable grounds, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not undo lawful processing already completed. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal duties or resolve an existing transaction.
Send requests to hello@kaden.co.za. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing personal information. You may also raise a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa, whose website provides the relevant request and complaint forms.
Optional administrator notifications
Administrators may enable device notifications after granting browser permission. The server stores a device push subscription and encryption keys to deliver generic new-enquiry alerts through the device’s push provider, such as Apple, Google or Mozilla. Alerts do not contain contact details, enquiry text or email content. Subscriptions can be disabled from the notification centre or device settings. Private workspace content is not saved for offline browsing.
Cookies and updates
Read our cookie notice for essential cookies and the notice acknowledgement. We update this notice when our processing changes; the date above identifies this version.
